Way Too Limited

Can’t find ways to add more satellites/TLAs, and the fixed satellite list has almost no amateur data. Not customizable at all.

Wish for User Filter

Nice app. Really. My wish is for a filter to allow selecting a subset of a satellite constellation based on orbital altitude and other attributes. Why? Most of the satellite ‘families’ have parked spares or dead satellites in higher or lower orbits. When looking for useable satellites, it would be helpful to eliminate those from my consideration. So if I know that my satellite family of interest is at 800km (+/- 2 km) altitude I could ignore those that that are parked at 700 or 815 km. Thanks for making a nice easy to use satellite orbital app.

Working well on iOS 17.1.2 iPhone 13, Jan 2024

I downloaded version 1.3 on 1/6/2024 and am running on iOS 17.1.2 on iPhone 13. It is working perfectly. It appears the reviews that say it crashes are no longer accurate. I like this app. It’s not bloated like others and includes a planisphere. It is the closest thing to Heavens Above that I’ve found on iOS. Thanks to the developer.

Great satellite app on devices which support it

Thanks to the author for updating the app to Verizon 1.3. The new version works well on iPhone SE2, X and 2019 9.7 inch iPad. This app is a great teaching tool for demonstrating the types of satellite orbits and spotting satellites. By tapping on a satellite you can see the orbit, ground track, radio footprint and sub-satellite point. Just about everything you’d want to know is easily visualized or available in a table. Nice work!

This was the perfect app for backyard sat watching. The version is dated and won’t open on new devices (like iPhone 12). It was an awesome app, please update and fix!

Like the previous commenter, I loved the app. However, when I try to open it on my new iPhone 13 it crashes and will not open. Tried to delete the app and reinstall but no joy. Hopefully the wizards will figure out a fix. In the past I would have given the app 5 stars, as it does not open I am hard pressed to give any stars. Again, hopefully this will get corrected.
