Will be returning this as it won’t connect vis bluetooth.

Don’t waste your time with this app. Scans your WiFi network and provides standard speed data. Does nothing to help with analysis of your Orbit problems.

Scans your local network and sends a list of devices back to Orbit. Moreover, the app isn’t smart enough to diagnose the actual network problem. (My phone connects to the 5GHz network in my house and tech support used the spyware report sent back to them to tell me that the problem was that there wasn’t a 2.4GHz network in my house when there is.)

You get what you pay for. Ran tests. It essentially blue screened (a blank white screen) no results. No value. Trying to connect device to Google home. Yeah it doesn’t work. No kidding. Why do they lie?

Wi-Fi went out on orbite b-hive 16 channel And orbited customers care insisted it my Wi-Fi while everything in my house continues to work. In my smart home. Just because his app won’t connect to his Timer it’s my Wi-Fi. Disgruntled long term orbit beehive user.

Do not Download!! This app asks permission to connect to your home’s wifi network with potential to view things. The app does nothing to connect the Orbit Sprinkler to Wifi.

No way to access the irrigation timer with this app. Completely useless

This app does not help….”make sure…”but no help on how to “make sure”.

Their customer support is worthless and this app is worthless. I am tech literate and my timer stopped working while I was away. Batteries good, power to wireless on, wireless signal excellent. Timer failed, flowers died and I am very disgusted with this product.

It’s only to check your network speed and it rates a 250MBPS down and 40MBPS up as Poor !!! It does nothing to troubleshoot your orbit timers, hub or other devices.
