We have the newest iPad, however app won’t play sounds and tells us to unmute iPad, even though there is no mute switch on newer iPads.

Works on 1 iPad but not the other…

We got the globe, downloaded on two separate iPads for two kids. Both have the newest generation iPads. One gave us the option to give permission to use the camera, but the other doesn’t even give us the option to approve its use. How should we fix this? One of our kids can’t even properly play now. Very frustrating. We have tried restarting the iPad, as well as uninstalling and reinstalling. We have searched all over the settings and no options are given. Please help.
