Everything about the post it notes is appealing EXCEPT 1 important thing. The thing that makes it not useable is that the app rearranges your folders in a different order and doesn’t leave them in order you organized them, which makes it not useable because it now is no longer organized in way that helps you. Ugh . Wish they would just leave the order bc then this app would be great tool. Otherwise is not. Other reviews mentioned same thing
Good ... 'til now
I've used this app for years and like it. It does what it's intended to, keep lists.
Lately, though, it's slowed down and sometimes made unusable by a persistent to upgrade to the premium backup.
Deleting the app and reinstalling it are too chancy, so I'm looking for an alternative list app.
Why force the backup when I don’t want it?
I’ve been using this app for years, to create a to do list. It’s simple and does its job. But the latest update makes me want to delete it - it pushes for its backup services every time I open the app and forces you to go through 3 steps to say NO. Every time. I don’t need it and should be able to say it once and for all. Orderly has turned desperate and shameless.
Potential for improvement
Like the list app, but it doesn’t keep your order, you can’t sort or create subcategories which I would prefer as an organized shopper. And I can’t search the list for an item so I have duplicates because you can’t sort the list.
Makes me appreciate Apple Reminders
This app looked cool and has some decent design features, but it crashes all the time (latest iPhone/iOS as of the writing of this review) and takes what you’ve typed with it to the netherworld. The location based reminder didn’t work the way I expected it either.
What this app did do was make me take a new look at Apple’s Reminders app, which I dismissed in the past, and realize that it now does everything I want and more.
Enough ads! And Needs an update
I love this is app, have been using it for years.
But come on, enough with pushing your subscription! Every single time I open the app?! After years of using it, I feel like not using it or even deleting it bc the subscription is being pushed onto me instead of notifying me once & letting me decide! And I just want quick access to my lists..!
Also some bugs remain...:
However I am STILL unable to view all of my lists if I put more than 3 in a row..one list will go missing! I am aware of the side swipe feature, but one list will be unable to be viewed unless moved to another row..!
& also, previously the order of the lists in a row could be changed, now you have to drag them to a different row & manipulate them that way which takes forever.
Please fix these glitches!!
Thanks for your time.

Not for me
Unintuitive & manual disorganized!
Was a good app UNTIL the last update
Prior to the update, swiping right was an intuitive way to mark a task as completed, while preserving the user-created order of tasks. This was very useful for repetitive tasks like grocery shopping, as items could be marked complete according to store layout, for example. A recent update now uses a check mark method, moving completed tasks to the bottom of the list and therefore changing the order of the list. This creates jumbled list items which hardly useful, if at all. After several years of using this as my preferred app for creating shopping and to-do lists, I’ve basically stopped using it due to the recent update which changes the preferred order of items on my lists.
subscription slavery
i downloaded it because i heard there was a sale. but then i deleted it because i found out there's a subscription.
