Unable to purchase
My free trial ended and I wish to purchase, but cannot. I click on the “trial is over, click to purchase” button & see a blank screen with a banner at the bottom “Restore purchases” - click on that: no response. I removed & reloaded the app: no success. I’d really like to purchase Ordo 2024 - please help!
Stopped working, no tech support
App worked fine for about four months and then would not connect. I was unable to contact tech-support at Paulist.You are supposed to submit a tech problem through the website but get an error message when you try to do that. This is terrible service.
