I can not find the same book I successfully searched on website. I tried to send a mail to ask for Help, andI can only use IOS built-in mail application, but I have issues to use the Mail app. I wanted to copy the mail box and then used my outlook and G-Mail app. But I was unable not do it. Neither can I use these two app to send mail to ask for help. Since I can easily use browser to read books without any issue on my laptop and IOS browser, and I even can not use mobile app to ask for help or feedback, I don’t understand the value of this mobile app. It’s useless for me, waste my time and occupied the storage of my phone.

Hi, I saw a lots of Chinese books in browser version, but not in Mobile app. I think if we include those books in mobile will very useful for Chinese readers. I hope this can be a feature to improve user experience in mobile app, Thanks for your efforts to create a wonderful app.

why my account display “Your account does not allow to view this content” why???

So grateful to have such a wonderful resources, I really enjoy the rich and most updated content available, which help me to keep up with the knowledge in IT profession(DevOps, Python, AI, ITIL, PMP, etc) and helped me to passed the CISSP certification exam most recently! Can’t any other resources like O’Reilly Safari!

Taking forever on please wait loading screen at very beginning of app start, don’t know what to do next other than kill the app.

In the download section it takes forever to download a book. Some books can not be downloaded at all, which means no other way to read the book. However video courses are fine and fast enough to download or watch.
