Review: I am extremely disappointed with this app for the organic grocery store. It’s constantly glitching, making it nearly impossible to use. On top of that, their delivery service is incredibly unreliable—they never stick to the promised delivery time. This lack of professionalism ruins the overall shopping experience. I expected much better from a store that claims to prioritize quality and customer satisfaction.

I can find everything organic in one place. Wow

When I asked for a delivery for Ras Al Khaimah they added 50 AED as delivery fees, that was okay, but they didn't place the order because they were asking for a minimum of 500 AED! Like I started Crawling looking for things that I could add but I wasn't interested in any other thing only my supplements

You have to insert the exact words to get the right results. And that can be very frustrating. The app is super slow and takes time to load everything.

There is always an issue with every order i place including frozen items being completely melted rotten on arrival, unacceptable 👎🏼

App is ok but please find a solution to log in easier. I only do organic shopping twice a month and everytime I have to change my password as I keep forgetting it. How about face recognition. Thanks

Worst websote in the whole world .. if i want to wnter yhe applicatoon i need user name and password each and every time.. the person that worked on this application is very bad and has zero experience.. thepaymeny method is so bad also!!!! Please fix it

The app is very terrible, I’ve trying multiple times and different days to add my address but it simply doesn’t save. I’ve reinstalled more than 5 times and still the same experience

So many items are missing in the application, most of kids liquid soaps are not there.
