Easy to use and not at all bad for a beginner

Bills aren’t regular, the timeframes between bills change regularly from one month to 3 months and sometimes indefinitely, estimates seem about 20% off and even though we’ve got an upgraded smart meter we only get estimates on our bills. A couple of months after we get the estimate on the bill we then get another bill with their apparent actual recalculated reading. Sometimes you don’t even get your last bill at all but they’re still willing to take your direct debit with no indication on what you’ve paid for. Tariffs change regularly without any notice and the spike hour isn’t worth bothering with because you don’t ever win anything. We’ve tried the spike hour for 2 years now and have never received anything except free spins on a wheel that offers nothing but more free spins. The app seems to be a shot in the dark on what the bills could possibly, maybe or could be but they’re always wrong. A complete waste of an app especially if you’re trying to be power conscious considering power costs are ridiculous nowadays. I’m looking at now changing to a different provider that can tell me what my actual bill and usage is without gimmicks that don’t offer anything. I’m a veteran who can’t afford to budget for possible or estimated bills that offer a gimmick free spin of a wheel instead of actual usage data. This is a terrible company.

Before the latest update you could get an hourly breakdown of usage and solar feed-in data in kWh. Now you just get a small graph with no units which has no practical use. An update should improve the app not make it worse. How did this wrong dumb it down decision get through?

App is easy to navigate.

Easy to use and fairly intuitive in terms of where to find different things. For last 6 months I haven’t been able to get accurate information about my electricity usage. It’s very frustrating

Very complicated and not giving you exact details. User interface is very bad . Its need to be very simple and easy to use.
