Worst app
Worst app. UX is terrible. If you are taking subscriptions, at least hire a good app developer or else hire it from your customers list, lot of developers are there in this platform.
Worst UX and Lots of glitches
Using 14+ and there are a hell lot of problem in this application. On the top of that poor customer service. Please don’t respond saying you are sorry and send a SS to help. As I can see comments 2 years ago facing problems which I am facing now. It clearly shows the work and dedication you put in the App. 👎
Caste category not updated
The caste ‘Karana’ is not listed.
Basic functionality doesn’t work
The new interface rolled out few months back is faster and better than the older one but it misses basic functionality issues. You block a profile or reject invitation, doesn’t work mostly. Profiles can’t be blocked or conversation can’t be deleted. Very difficult to use at times. This is where Shadi and Jeevansathi are way better.
Not able to open App
Hi,I am trying to open the app from iOS device ,but not able to open.
Full of technical glitches
This company has the worst IT team for sure. How you can put an app on production with such performance! Broken screens, always getting sign out.
App is not made for apple phones
Bhai kyun bana rahe ho ese app? Nahi ata he to mat banao na. Samajh nahin aa raha developer ne kya kiya, tester ne isko approve kese kiya, production me isko dala kisne! Ek bhi chiz dhang se kaam nhi karta, pehli baat toh app khulta bhi nahin thik se. iOS app agar tumse nahi ho pata phir ye majaak kyun kar rahe ho? Faltu me app team me paisa barbad mat karo!
App Blanks in IOS
Its a C grade App. The developers are not competent enough for iOS. The screen goes complete white when opened in Apple. Takes a lot of time to refresh. Uninstalled and installed a no of times but still problem exists.
Application glitches
I am using iOS in iphone 14 pro max (flagship phone of apple) there is so many technical glitches every time i open the app it becomes white screen and stays stagnant again i have to close and open and app response is way too slow.
