Lack of features
Don’t recommend Orvibo smart home devices
Unfortunately I already invested in my smart home and purchased all devices from Orvibo (63 device in total)
But found out that there is lack of development
Most of features does not work in Middle East region
No support for Apple Watch
No support for Apple Wallet
Lack of user guide and documentation
No support for matter
The users guide is poorly written
Whenever you contact support they ask you from where did you buy the device
Will this make a difference !!
Is this necessary to support your customer!?

T1 Lock is not as documented
I purchased the T1 lock three years ago.
From first days I noticed that the 10 batteries wont last one month.
Then in last year, I noticed that the lock isn’t functioning well. It won’t recognize the fingerprints.
It finally locked itself in the open position.
This is a door lock. If not reliable then it’s a bad investment.
Yes the support team respond quickly to emails but will always refer me to contact the seller.
In my case, I don’t know the seller. I purchased yhe lock while vacationing in another country. This shouldn’t prevent me from getting adequate support from the manufacturer.

Easy to use, but would be nice if it offers integrations
I love how simple the app is, however, it would be more valuable if we have an option to add / integrate other smart devices with orvibo. For example I was looking for a way to link a light from another brand to the smart switch, but there’s no option for that.
