Login technology is decades old on the mobile app. The Web application login isn’t as analog, thanks to Google Chrome, but still they go out of their way to make the login unintuitive. Their systems seem to be constantly unavailable because of maintenance, but they certainly are not making any improvements. The presentation of data is as interesting as oatmeal. The graphing presentation is simply embarrassing for a financial institution. The only data points are monthly data points, but it’s impossible to tell if the data points are the beginning or end of the month. Simple data integration with Credit Karma takes no less than 6 minutes to complete and always requires manual intervention.

I can’t give it zero. This app hangs and crashes.

Getting session expired when trying to log in. One day it will be fine, next day(s) I get session expired again. Very frustrating.

It was always just a wrapper of their website without the latest sign in technology and always logging you out. Now it hasn’t been working for weeks.

Would be great to have an option for facial recognition. Basically it’s their website.

Makes you sign in repeatedly after you sign in, can't search the app from the library, can't set it up to autofill or auto sign, difficult to find updated information when you need it, but thank goodness I saved one tree and cannot get the information that was on that piece of tree now.

Keeps freezing on error code. Don’t bother

This apps adds no value or functionality/ content. The developers must have not been updated on applications use or customer feedback.
