Didn’t work for me at all
Very frustrating to set up. Lots of typos in the information undermines my confidence in the whole thing.
Admin Ability Broken
The promise of this App is pretty great, and what I have gotten it to do so far has been exactly what I need.
BUT, when the senior requests help, and the care giver accepts the request, it works until you exit and relaunch. If you exit the program, admin access to the senior’s device is gone. The only way that the senior can give it back is to remove the request and then request remote help again. Can’t wait until it works all the way through.
No Video Chat
I just deleted this app after spending hours trying to figure out how to video chat with this app on my iPad to no avail. This app is not worth a dime to me without being able to video chat with my 94 year old mother. ☹️

Keeps crashing when I touch settings
I was so excited about this app- but there are just so many issues. The biggest one is that I can't even get into my settings on the phone app to add apps or do anything at all! It just crashes and disappears. What a great concept! Come on, fix this!!! Thanks!
This app appeared to be free, and had ZERO REFERENCES to any in-app purchases, and NO DISCLOSURE in the description in the App Store listing that there will be any cost at all. It just gives an amazing description of what can supposedly be done with the app to help care for an elderly family member from a distance.
But immediately after registering (which requires sending private/personal info like DOB, etc, off to their offices in the Czech Republic, you get a "welcome screen"...and it tells you that you are on the "free" plan...but allow those amazing-sounding features from the description SEEM TO ONLY BE AVAILABLE IF YOU SIGN UP FOR AN ANNUAL CONTRACT FOR $110.00 (US), OR MONTHLY FOR $10/MONTH!!!
I don't mind developers earning money from their creations, but there was ZERO disclosure ANYWHERE in the materials before signing up (including the full terms of service, which I read first, and there is no mention of an annual subscription to get the benefits they describe in their app). They do, however, specify that if you have a legal case against them...well, good luck with that (since it's required to be held on the Czech Republic, and must be conducted in the Czech language).
Unless and until they change their public disclosure about what you need to pay, I recommend staying away from this app (and I will report to Apple these deceptive "bait and switch" business practices).
The app had promise, but I feel like I can't trust these developers after such a deceptive and unethical move....really developers???? How long after your launch did you think it would take for someone to call you out for this? I hope you learn from your mistake, but I for one won't be a customer.
