Oslo Pass - Official City Card

The app presents too many problems processing purchases. Sometimes they don’t go through but you get an email that it did. Also, the option to transfer tickets or scan a QR code was not available to us so we had to ultimately purchase and use both tickets from a single phone and stay together the entire time. Also, support number is only opened on weekdays and no one to help you during the weekend. Get the physical version, skip the problems.

Ich habe mir den Pass für 72 Stunden gekauft und bin relativ zufrieden. Man hat viele Attraktionen drin und kann auch unbegrenzt im ÖPnV fahren (innerhalb der Gültigkeit).Der Kaufvorgang ist ziemlich simpel,wenn man eine Mastercard oder VISA Card hat.

Es wurde abgebucht, aber unter „My passes“ war anschließend nichts zu finden. Es kam auch keine E-Mail an die angegebene Adresse. Die App ist damit nur ein Ärgernis.

The redeem process says its finished but dont receive any pass or mail. Feels like a scam..

Covers only the Basics Like purchase the Oslo Pass. Even redeeming does not work due to missing number of pass.

What a shame and what a waste of time!

I don't know how you can create a pass aimed at tourists, but make the public transport exclude the airport. Use case failed

Wir hatten den Oslo Pass gebucht für 72 Stunden und irgendwie ticken die Uhren in Norwegen schneller . Wir konnten nur 71h nutzen . Deswegen nur 4 Sterne . Sonst alles prima , hat uns sehr geholfen .

Auf iPhone 8 mit iOS 15.6 läuft sie problemlos. Viele Attraktionen und ÖPNV inkl. Empfehlenswert!

Die App lässt sich auf iPhone 8, iPhone 13 und iPad Pro nicht öffnen. Unbrauchbar!
