I purchased the OSMO system for my child and the apps keep crashing. It’s a complete waste of money now that the company filed bankruptcy. Do NOT waste your time or money on this product!

Verification code is not working after multiple tries. Now app shut down. Will be returning as it is not usable and there is no contact support option available

Tried using my Little Genius Starter Kit, made my account and scanned the QR code but didn’t receive the 6 games as shown. Tried starting over from the QR code and it looks like I am now IP banned for too many requests.

Can’t log in and access our kids account

I’ve been an Osmo user for my kids for years and now my login isn’t working? Kids’ profile can’t be accessed? Can’t login into my parent app account.

Really excited about this and planning to collect a bunch of expansions, but when we pulled it back out this weekend you cannot log in, the website does not work, and that makes me very nervous for the future of this gaming set.

I’ve had the software for many years. I wanna say at least three and I’ve purchased more over the years as my son is growing then recently out of nowhere it stopped working. I can’t get it to work anywhere. It’s telling me my email doesn’t work, but I’m unable to create a new email account… I spent so much money throughout the years. I’m disappointed that this isn’t working. I’m looking for where I can submit a request or talk to somebody, but there is none of that information anywhere I keep getting error messages and other websites pertaining to them.

Can’t play any of the games. Nothing works.

Nothing loads in this app. Something needs to be fixed immediately with their apps and their website to allow users to login in and track progress. This is so frustrating!
