OSVE智能考评是基于教师、学生、教务之间的多方位考评场景下应运而生的360度评价系统。本系统针对教务对教师进行绩效考核，教师对学员进行实训技能测验/考核，学员对教师课程进行反馈评价提供信息化解决方案，在无需考务安排前提下，教务/教师/学员等评价者以评分表为载体，以手机APP为客户端，自主完成360°的随时考评。
本系统实现了考前无‘考评’安排，考后有“考评”数据汇总，让考核评价简单化、常态化；让考核评价更轻松，不用计划、随时随地、想考就考、想评就评。
