The app has become a lot more stable in the newer versions, Just know if you upgrade between phones you need to remove and reinstall the App and re enroll

I upgraded to iPhone 15 with IOS17 an now the app doesn't recognize the barcode to add an authenticator. When I scan the same barcode it work with my old phone which still have IOS16.7.1. I just get an error "Object reference not set to an instance of an object". Otherwise the app works perfect.

This is EXTREMELY frustrating. I use this app to get into production systems. When the facial recognition doesn’t work I can’t get into the app. I have to close the app and wait 5-10mins this is unacceptable. Please fix this ASAP!!!!

Es real lo que se critica de que es una pérdida de tiempo y un limitante para los estudiantes si no se tiene el teléfono a la mano, como una recomendación si les diría que dejaran la protección de la contraseña institucional a los estudiantes ya que esta aplicación no aporta nada más que una pausa en las actividades diarias, la idea de la aplicación está mal elaborada para el público eligieron pues los estudiantes no la necesitan y solo es un estorbo, gracias.
