Cannot log into my account anymore and password reset does not work. I get emails and notifications for invites to events, etc. and I’m completely unable to participate because I cannot login on the app. I’ve reached out to customer support and they have yet to resolve or even respond to my query.

Cambio la contraseña una y otra vez. Y me sigue apareciendo “wrong credentials provided”. Intento contactarme por todas las vías con ellos para poder solucionarlo y no obtengo respuesta. Sinceramente muy mal.

but Customer Service was not kind via email. Randomly just denied my application without consideration when I asked a question.

Can't login to my account, nor reset my password. Enduring frustrating customer service journey. Initially told it was a technical issue, asked to be patient. Two weeks later, no progress – claimed to not know what's going on. Another two weeks passed, and she responded with something unrelated, seemingly trying to brush off the problem like a robotic response. The whole process was ineffective, leaving me deeply dissatisfied with the lack of resolution.

I’m still waiting on approval for the app. I’m currently meeting the qualifications so I’m not sure why I haven’t been able to have access.

Possibly the worst customer service by an app in this entire App Store.

Simplifying the process for influencers to connect with top businesses, myself and others have been able to leverage our social presence with high caliber businesses ranging from restaurants, gyms, to medspas without having to deal with individual contracts and requirements for social trades. #OTHGANG 💳💙
