Othello Multiplayer Reviews
No longer enjoyable
Up to last night I played this regularly but, sadly, I will no longer do so. Overnight I miraculously slid from 4th on the leaderboard to bottom! I had a score of 370,000 and the player one below me was on 180,000 but they have moved up to 1,000,000 overnight!
Latest version massive step backwards
The new graphics are awful the lack of support for portrait, smaller board makes this a lot less pleasurable to play.
The game play of the new version is much worst than the old version as plays the same moves again and again, so it is very predictable and you just have to remember these moves, the old version may not have played the strongest game but it did a least add some randomness to the moves it selected.
On top of this I just pick up my phone whose battery, which was fully changed a couple of hours ago, to find the battery completely discharged, upon investigate it this app that was the cause.
Terrible upgrade, now uninstalled.
Othello
Great, works well.
No improvement
It’s a game for left handed players, it should have a choice on which side to take the pieces from. Not sure how many times I have to rate this game before its improved. So, still one star. NOTHING HAS CHANGED. ANYONE ELSE RATING THIS GAME? Obviously no one reads these comments, so why keep asking for ratings if you don’t take any notice? 4th May 2021 And again June 13th Yep, just the same 22nd Sept. No point in rating this anymore. Bye. Nov 1st. Persistent requests for ratings. Hopeless. Aug22 Okay, it’s brilliant. Now are you happy?👍😀👍😀👍😀👍😀👍😀👍😀👍😀👍😀👍😀✔️✔️✔️✔️😀👍😀👍✔️✔️✔️

Exactly the same although it now sometimes freezes as you try to place a counter.
Clearly sarcasm doesn’t work.
Good game
Easy to play, but could be made harder as the computer doesn’t protect corners, preferring to take short term advantage instead
Othello
Nice game,no advertisement in between!
Excellent Game
Love playing this game . Learnt how to play it many years ago when I was very young and still continue to enjoy it
Boring
I'm no grand master but it is impossible to lose and there is no way to increase difficulty. The computer makes no attempt to get the valuable corner pieces.
Solitaire
Enjoyable but not the most challenging. Again, you seem to want me to repeat this. Why do you keep asking me the same question? Are you ************?. Again, again, again ...........and again. You never learn and again and again
Always online is a nuisance
A good game, but annoying on two counts:
1. Always online means it hangs when you’re on the train. I want an offline single player mode.
2. When you finish a game you can’t see the finishing position, because the game over banner covers it.
Overall a good game, but could be great.
