Wow! I’m so impressed by this app and how well it works. Up until a few days ago I never tried breath work, simply because I just assumed it to be boring and not for me. I thought it was very similar to meditation which I’ve been trying out for over 20 years and have never been excited about. Meditation always makes me more tense and restless and easily distracted, I dislike most voices on those guided ones and with music or silence I just can’t get into it. Anyways, this app is the perfect solution. Everyone’s voice is amazing (haha) and I just love it. I feel super energized afterwards or when doing slower ones I feel calm right away. Also, I feel more connected to myself. I have no idea why I was so unwilling to try it before, but I’m so glad I gave it a shot. I’m hooked! And I’m not easily this excited. Also, really appreciate the generosity offering free memberships for those can’t afford it. Thanks for existing and for creating this wonderful app and all these sessions!!

The music does it!

I really like the breathwork in combination with the music. It takes me way higher into the breathing experience! It’s like a meditation and breathwork in one. I can recommend everyone who is interested in holistic healing. There are free breathworks available. And for those who need more support but can’t afford, you can reach out to them. I wish everyone a healthy life in all areas possible!

Sinds de start van de proefperiode ben ik heel blij met Othership! Ik gebruik hem elke dag minimaal 1x, soms vaker. I love Harry! Ik moet nu beslissen of ik wel of niet een jaarabonnement neem. Vanwege de kosten vind ik het een lastige afweging. De optie van een maandabonnement zou die keuze voor mij gemakkelijker maken. Iets om te overwegen?

De ademhalingsoefeningen in combinatie met prachtige muziek en de meditaties zijn geweldig. De coaches zijn tof. Expanding your mindset. De app gebruik ik iedere dag op meerdere momenten van de dag. Omdat het zo prettig is! Een aanrader!

Best breathwork app !

I’ve tried many meditation/breathwork apps over the year. Othership is by far the best, the instructors energy is contagious, I really enjoy the combination with the music. I’ve found the journey really helpful to keep on track with a daily practice.

Worth the price and more

I've been trying out breathwork apps and tutorials for a few years now, but could never really build a habit out of it - too much puzzle work or too boring. Othership has many sessions for different moments in the day and in life, so that made it a lot less boring. However, once I built the habit out of it, I stayed because the quality is just mindblowing. Not everyone can afford it, but if you can, the benefit fully justifies the price
