internal server error??
every time i try and start the first route, it keeps coming up with “internal server error” have no idea what this is but it’s been doing it since i installed the app, haven’t been able to even use the app because of it

Paid to practice some driving test routes only to be met with 505 server error?
Big disappointed
Unable to fix the apps problem for more than a week. I was very disappointed. You have to pay for the apps, but the promised service is not provided.
Driving test routes not practical
It would be great if the app worked like google apps. For example, advising how many miles away from the next direction, giving directions well in advance instead of 100 yards away, and the direction arrow keeping up to speed with the movement of the vehicle instead of lagging. Had to delete the app and find another one
Issues with trips processing
It’s a really useful concept but there’s a couple of things that were an issue for me. 1. I completed 2 test routes and they’re still “processing” in the app from weeks ago. ( I haven’t done any more as I’ve passed my test but I can imagine I would keep having the same issue) 2. I’d like to be able to choose which routes I do so I can focus on areas I’m less familiar with rather than having to complete the routes in order. Especially when you have to pay for the app you should be able to choose.
Mostly doesn’t work
What a great idea for an app but doesn’t work well enough. We’ve done 3 test routes and only one recorded, 2 are stuck on processing. So very unhelpful for feedback. The voice sound doesn’t work so relying on me as the passenger to navigate but you can only see one direction at a time and the next direction doesn’t load until you’ve completed the first one so if there’s a double roundabout for example you know what to do on the first but not the second. Because of this we’ve taken wrong turns and then you don’t get re routed. Stressful, makes learner panic as instructions aren’t clear and makes me feel thoroughly car sick as I’m constantly trying to make the route out on my phone and not sure where we are going!! My daughter did point out that it’s illegal for me to be on the phone while she’s driving as a learner. Such a great idea so if there were improvements I would recommend to friends.
Good at the beginning but shocking since I went from free trial to actual paid member
Brilliant for the free trial but for some reason as soon as I paid for the annual membership none of my trips have recorded. Despite multiple messages through WhatsApp and Twitter no one has responded to me. Turns out this is probably a waste of money. Two stars given due to the fact the free trial was decent but since then not worth it.
Needs improvement
The map is complicated to follow which isn’t ideal when in a new area. Would be good to see some more focus on practical test maybe some videos on manoeuvres and other things you face whilst on the road. I definitely wouldn’t recommend.
Good Idea But Pretty Buggy
I love the idea of being able to rate my drives, based on acceleration, braking etc. However this isn’t executed well because the trips I record never process - so I can never actually view them!
