If you are not connected to same WiFi you can’t even see who is ringing the bell a blank screen will appear and there is no proper support team The monitor button ll only run for 30 seconds but you can’t see anyone only a black screen will appear

I am not able to login as saying connect to server failed. So not able Login for past one month

This is user friendly app. Convenient to use.

So whenever we get notification it does not show popup over any application. It only shows normal notification. It would good if you add Pop-up whenever we get notification from OneTouch device. By this user won’t miss any updates on gate.

Application is unusable after ios 16 update

app not working on ios16.

Getting lots of issue with this app. Not getting call notifications with call kit. Only getting simple app notifications without sound. I can’t know if some one press bell on door. Even my phone sound ON. Not able to zoom photo in log and neither download it. No data in monitor log. Very basic UI and not user friendly. Video quality is very poor Not able to invite my family members from app.
