App is good, but too many notifications
I shop from the app at times, but the frequency of notifications is annoyingly high. I don’t need to know about an offer every 15 min and can’t even turn off the promo notifications to receive only order related pings.
OTP never arrives
Being trying to get them to send me an Otp to login. Never getting it. Seems like a very clunky app

Its a scam, dont fall for 200 extra rs they are offering to add tot he wallet, its of no use.. dont waste your money
No way to reach customer care
I can’t find any way to reach customer care for queries! Very bad design! I bought the farm tale milk, nowhere is it mentioned whether its cow or buffalo milk! Can’t reach customer care to confirm this too!
Don't trust else you will be duped I thought it may be an error, reported the matter but no response
Please remember the following text: "If you overlook the transaction, this app will deceive you. Even after reporting the missing amount from the wallet, the amount is not being credited to the wallet. They are committing fraud and blaming technical errors. I have suggested several times to ensure quality control and standardize the products, as they charge based on categories such as small, medium, large, and organic, but they don't deliver accordingly. My experience was good when they started, but over time, their service quality has deteriorated from bad to worse. On top of that, there have been issues with wallet fraud. Just be careful!"
Completely disappointed- scam
I had high hopes for this app after being promised better vegetables at cheaper prices and some enticing freebies. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a complete scam. The vegetables are consistently overpriced, and delivery times are ridiculously long—what was supposed to be instant(promised by partner) turned into a 12-hour. To top it off, I was pressured to add ₹1000 to my wallet to access these so-called facilities. The partner also promised goodies worth ₹250, but they never showed up at my door. Save your money and avoid this app. It’s not worth it!
Always late delivery
Very poor service given by this provider. And delivery is always late. And no body is there to help out with your concern.
