Otizm spektrum bozukluğu olan bireylerin iş ve toplumsal yaşam becerilerini geliştirerek, iş hayatına katılmalarını kolaylaştırmayı amaçlayan ‘’Otizmli Bireyler İş Gücünde-OBİG’’ uygulaması, İŞKUR desteği ile Eker Süt Ürünleri tarafından geliştirilmiştir. İstihdam edilerek iş hayatına kazandırılan otizmli veya diğer yaygın gelişimsel bozukluğu olan bireylerin, uygulama içerisinde bulunan zamanlayıcı, puantör, çizelgeler ve yapılacaklar listesi ile bağımsız olarak çalışmaları hedeflenmiştir.
Otizmli ve diğer yaygın gelişimsel bozukluğu olan bireyler uygulamada bulunan zamanlayıcı ile zaman yönetimi yapabilir, puantör ile kendini kontrol ve motive edebilir, çizelgelerim bölümü ile de yapacağı işin küçük basamaklara ayrılarak görsel/işitsel uyaranların yardımıyla daha kolay öğrenebilir ve yapılacaklar listesi ile gün içerisinde yapması gerekenleri takip edebilir. Üstelik uygulamayı Türkçe,Fransızca ve İngilizce olmak üzere tam 3 farklı dilde kullanabilirsiniz!
