Going downhill relying on National Post articles, often a day old, and most annoyingly day old filler material from USA sources. If not for it being only print source for local news would not bother to buy. It is being used as a cash cow for money losing National Post. Can’t believe that Monday’s paper is cancelled. Can’t believe that you don’t report on the previous night’s Sens game even when it ends at 9:30 pm. Poor value and dropping

This app consistently crashes 3 to 5 times when reading the paper. Tech Support typically blames it on the iOS. But when the iOS is updated Tech Support has no answers why it continues to crash. Very frustrating

There have been a number of times in this past months that the ePaper was not available or would not download. There was a stretch of 5 days in a row. Not dependable and disappointing service?

The app works great except for the fact it eats up battery power at a fast rate.

It is how I start my mornings, on the bus when I worked and now in retirement with my morning coffee. Your writing team are accomplished and have interesting perspectives. I have been a subscriber for over 25 years, thank you all for what you do!

Having the Citizen on line is a very enjoyable feature of the newspaper. Having it on my phone is easy to use in cars and planes. Also going to my cottage I can enjoy the paper without having it physically with me.
