Awful!
Integrations are never correct, cancelling orders and losing me money and customers.
Very limited
Please add one of the most important metrics - NET SALES. Why can’t we view net sales??? Also it’s a mess separating locations. Individually selecting each locations stores to view them separated is not kosher.
There is always issue signing in.
The app never accepts the user id and password. There is always an issue signing in doesn’t matter where from(web/app). There is an issue signing in from Google Chrome, as if that was not enough, now their own app isn’t working since last few months to sign in. Made me change password 2 times already and couldn’t sign in, same password works for web version(MS Explorer/Edge or Apple Safari).
