My favourite App!
I’ve been using Our Pilates for several years now. Their running programs helped me gradually rebuild strength and work my way back to completing another half marathon, after working with a physio on my knee and hamstring issues. I recently tried classes at a local Pilates studio but found I get so much more out of using this App at home instead! Hannah’s cues help ensure I do every rep properly, and each class is structured so well. Training to be a midwife myself, I also value Hannah & Brooke’s approach to supporting woman’s health. Their App is holistic, they support woman through all different eras, and they encourage the positive message of striving for personal progression.
