Pretty good but needs better sync
Would be 5 star if it was able to sync past linked app workouts - its a bit frustrating that you can only import Garmin workouts if you open Garmin, Health & Oura on the same day…
Disappointed
Used it for 2 years as there was no subscription and you had to pay for the ring upfront. Then all of a sudden I am threatened to lose all my data if I don’t subscribe and pay monthly. I refused to pay and now all my data is lots and I have absolutely no free usage? Terrible terrible terrible and not worth the money. So disappointed I bought this. Should of gone Whoop that was honest from the start. Anyone want to buy my Oura ring?
Not all metrics are synced with Apple Health
I’ve had an Oura ring all of 2021. The ring and the app are phenomenal. I am so happy with my purchase. What I don’t understand is why the resting heart rate isn’t synced with Apple Health? I can understand for metrics Oura measures that Apple doesn’t. For example Apple doesn’t seem to care about the stages of sleep. But HRV should be also be possible. Please consider allowing users the option.

Oura listens to its customers and builds feedback into updates. The Oura ring is the most accurate device I could find and the information has changed how I live my life. Around a recommendable experience.
