The most useless app ever for landlords ! I don’t know who in their right minds has decided to buy this confusing and no user friendly app

Lease page includes pdf of current lease indicating rent at $530 per week. Property page and all financial data shows current rent $500 per week. Agent is using this and it’s ancillary functions, not actual lease info, as basis to collect and reconcile rents. Thus tenants shown as paid up but are actually in arrears and landlord I’d not being provided entitled payments and inaccurate reconciliation. Thus the system is not fit for intended purpose.

When can I have access to have a look at the issue? So I can organise it to be fixed

I’ve had 2 real estates that have tried this company and website and what a huge Faliure. As a landlord I’ve experienced delays with receiving payments, payments getting stuck in the system, payments lost in the system. No one ever wants to help with this company resolve the issues absolute waste of time and money!

Poor design, glitchy, isn’t a native app.

Very happy with our agents using this platform, gives us piece of mind and our portfolio can be accessed at a glance. Keep up the great service.
