I’ve never had sooo much trouble trying to pay my rent get correct information from my realtor. I have to directly contact my realestate to get repairs and rent paid. This app has caused soo much anxiety and stress because it’s rubbish and the administration will tell you that it’s working fine and that your rent is in arrears!!! Simply not true with realestate confirming this. Can’t use report repairs or anything. Rubbish.

No confirmation of my request being sent after spending 10 minutes trying to generate a repair. I have no idea if it sent or not. Very disappointing.

Dumbest website ever you cannot change to manual pay. And if you do why would you need a new number every week to type in to pay. Shouldn’t you have one number like a BSB and account number and yours to go to. Like normal payments. Sounds suss to me it’s a different number manually every week. Plus you can’t change back to automatic weekly because you idiots have no weekly option. Now that is definitely dumb especially when you want to pay for example every Wednesday but you don’t take the payment out till Friday 9:40pm yes pm why take so dam long getting paid just take the dam rent out. Stop farting around and wasting time.

I was having trouble with the app. I was confused about how to use the manual eft. I contacted OurTenant support for help and they explained what I was doing wrong very clearly and politely. The wait time was quite short as well. I had previously written a bad review but the service was so good I came back to update it.

We are waiting for response from owner to our query regarding lease. I am getting this reminder every five minutes it’s so unnecessary

Submitted a maintenance request and the app crashes immediately and unable to open it again without uninstalling and reinstalling.

We have had the pleasure of being served by a wonderful group of professionals at Morton’s. Since coming to Australia we have had to rent two properties with this being our third. To Claire and Ray, we say vinaka vakalevu (Fijian for “Thank You very much”). You have made our experience memorable. Tai xiexie le!

This app is a good idea but the execution is awful. Making everything tenants need online is great but charging for paying rent/payments is scum. If your rent is late, or you want to use direct debit - they will charge you for it. The only option where tenants don’t have to pay a fee is via manual transfer, and they even make that hard with a different pay code each time. This app and the real estate agents prey on the vulnerable and charge fees for nothing. Plus the app is garbage with bugs and errors. Avoid!

Worst software I have ever used and the fees are ridiculous.
