Boring game
Boring genshhin impact is the best

A lots of downloading problem. How long it would take if there’s verfying download. Please stop it so that download will not be stop.
Op boss
Hey do your boss fight is kinda OA even though the fighting surpass the current stage.. And youe boss stella counterattack everytime kinda OA for me and with no Breaks with full hp recovery? I know it’s hard mode but you should be fair… thank you
Love This
This game is so awesome, starting from the gameplay to the animations and artworks. When it comes to character pulling or gatcha, they are fair! Wish you can have a collaboration with other animes too, like Frieren, Shield Hero and idk One punch man or DBZ maybe hahahaha! Nice work developers, you have my 5 stars
Crashing Issue
The game keeps crashing every few minutes. And I hate it when it does that, specially when I am currently on PVE. This needs to be fixed ASAP.

Frequent app crash is not enjoyable. Fix it and it will be okay. Include off animation for skill
No improvement
Its already too long yet still game crashes. If your game will continue to implement this buggy crashes, can you make those ticket unspended? I’m already at my limit! Too many tickets have already wasted because of CRASHESSSS!!!
Great, but kept crashing and freezes
It should be a 5 star if not of the frequent crashing and game freezing. At times when I play boss raid for example, it needs a 2 chances to battle, then the game crashes while in the middle of the battle, so when you login again and attempt, the chance is already spent. If not crash, it freezes. I don’t know what causes this so please look into it. Also, the story animation, bgm and voice is a bit dull, the music during animated story has no impact at all. I’m using iPhone 11 Pro Max so I guess it’s an iOS issue?
