This is kind of a problem

If a person forgets to sign up for a class or the adult forgets to sign up for the kids class that kid should be able to still be signed up for the class for full pay if the kid is for instance the class is that 1:00PM to 1:10PM the kid should be able to still be able to sign up for the class this is the problem because we parents sometimes do forget to sign up our kids for these classes and we have to wear a whole Nother week just for the classes start again

App doesn’t work

I have never been able to use the app, it just keeps on loading and never shows anything. I have to use a browser if I want anything to work. It’s annoying.

Not much functionality

Nadechk on

United States

Uninstalling the app as it’s pretty much useless, and lately it’s also out of sync with the changes in classes. The idea is nice, the functionality is just very limited and isn’t there. Please make this app more user friendly.

Useless

This app is absolutely useless. The PC website is 100x better than the app. It doesn’t even show the classes.

Teachers push woke agenda

ShawnBolz on

My kids took two drama classes and were a part of a Roblox group. The drama teacher spent the first 15 minutes asking the kids what their pronouns were. All of the kids explained if they were a boy or a girl but the drama teacher said “But what pronouns do you want to use? You can be a boy and go by they or she….” It was so indoctrinating and unnecessary my 10 year old was like “What is this dad?” We unenrolled. We got in another drama class and it was worse. The teacher explained in the first five minutes that she was lesbian and asked the kids what they were. Then in the Roblox club one of the leaders explained she was depressed to the kids and that she didn’t have very much energy for the class today. These were our 3 classes we took. No thanks.

Cash balance is super expensive!

AACLKC on

They charge $14.99 to get $10 cash credit in the account, and when enrolling in class, the $10 credit worth $10, IT DOESN'T MAKE SENSE! When you enroll in class, they force you to use the $10 credit (which costs you $14.99) to pay for 1-1 tutoring class of $48, which means you pay $53.99 for a private class. BUT, if you don't purchase the cash credit, just pay the lesson with your credit card, it ONLY costs you $48 for the private class. WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF CASH CREDIT? Most importantly, the cash credit can't be refunded!!!

Doesn’t work

15 for 10 credit. Classes just load and load but don’t let you actually take the class. Teachers don’t answer after it connect 15 min later . How convenient the teacher leaves after 10 min. Just take your money. Highly do not recommend

Not working

The app is not functioning properly on the recently upgraded iPhone 16 Pro Max running iOS 18. While the app opens, it fails to retrieve data and displays a continuous loading symbol.

I can’t use it

The app freezes almost every time I try to use it.

Just use the website

Honestly some of the worst app design I have seen for the iPad, I love the idea of having an app, but until this improves I will be sticking to the website
