Garbage app, don’t waste your money

I waited to review this app until I tried multiple times to have tech support fix it. Initially, it was that you could connect to your Chromecast, but no videos would play, there was an error. I emailed tech support and they said their engineers were working on it. 1 week later I received an email that it was fixed. It worked to cast, but the auto play function didn’t work even though it was turned on. I again emailed tech and they said they would inform their engineers. The very next night, after only one night of it working, it would no longer connect to the Chromecast in any way. Then, 20 minutes later it did work. This app is just such a crapshoot. No way to know if or when it will work.

i enjoy thé shows on this app quite a lot but the reset password link stalls when you click it, it randomly signed me out cause i turned my wifi on and off while watching. i think it needs more work

Broken app, do not use

The app says I’m not subscribed even though I’m subscribed monthly. When I click on the subscribe button the option for monthly subscription is no longer available so the app must register that I’m subscribed for a month but still isn’t letting me access content. It’s either broken or a scam, either way it needs to be removed from the App Store until it’s fixed.

This is across the board from the IOS app to the TVOS app. Examples include basics like: -ability to save a favourite program -ability to view all favourites -ability to resume -ability to add to “Up Next” in Apple TV Often crashes on IOS as well as TVOS, and even when you are just going back to the TVOS app, you are always asked to sign in. This is a great way to lose all of your customers through frustration. These are a few examples that would be useful and appreciated and much needed. Otherwise I would give the programs a good grade. Thanks!

Buggy at best

I’ve had this app for less than three days, and it already has stopped working. I can’t cast anymore or use the smaller video window view, it doesn’t work. Also, there are only two seasons of Drag Race on the app (14 and 15). Why is anyone paying for this service again? I’m cancelling and getting a refund for this crap.

What happened to the brightness?

I use this app on Apple TV, used to watch it regularly for RuPauls Drag race and had no issues (some performance issues here & there but nothing crazy) I redownloaded the app recently and wow… what happened to the brightness?? It looks like you have a constant dim filter on which doesn’t make for a good viewing experience, not to mention navigating the app is a pain, your cursor doesn’t cooperate constantly loosing it which is strange. If I didn’t buy a years subscription to the service I wouldn’t be using this app, very disappointing. I’d say give it an update but an update is what made this app so much worse.

Whoever was involved with creating, bug testing, or user optimizing this app should be removed from the professional sphere and exiled to a deserted island full of equally incompetent people—all of which will likely freeze to death and starve within the first hour of being there. It’s a total joke that millions of dollars have been wasted to produce the BY FAR worst streaming service across multiple devices. The fact it signs me out, doesn’t recognize my subscription, or won’t let me reset my password (it redirects to a page from 2018? How hard is a redirect?) is a total joke. We often have to run two subscriptions at the same time to just have one be recognized. You should pay me $4/month to have this trash on my apple device. Fire everyone on your team in dev, QA, and app design, burn everything down, and start over.

The app looks great and awesome variety of content but unfortunately no option for if you more already a TV subscriber. I’m not going to pay monthly to watch OUTtv on cable and separately in the app even if the app does have content not available on the home subscription. Really needs to have the dual option for those of us that Subscribe already
