I have not had the issue other users have had. I was shocked to see the rating because I absolutely love this app! I have followed one of Chris’s programs this last year with a friend and I am currently following another OTA program and I am so happy! Easy to use, videos are helpful, I enjoy the programming and I see growth in my performance with each program’s intention.

I’m not able to login to use the app like I’d want to. I used the same email and password on the website and it worked. How do I login on the app?

I had the same challenge with this app as others, not being able to log in. I originally bought the baseball program and bought the pack later through a sale. I had to put in an email and password. Interestingly I wasn’t notified that I had an account in use through my email. I used the new password and it worked. I’d recommend resetting your password through the app. I’ll be following up to see why everything isn’t linked together, which is annoying. However, the app is much easier to use than navigating the website.

Can’t use the app cause i can’t log in

It won’t accept my username/password even when I know it’s correct

This app does not work but the website does.

Same issue as everyone else! I’m excited to try the program I purchased, but what is it going to take for them to address this simple issue?

Can’t log in. No problem on the desktop. Says error change password

I’ve tried multiple times to login without any success. The same password opens my dashboard on the desktop.
