Great app
I have used many apps and Hanna’s tracking, programs are one of the best. Results are evident however some inflexibility with exercise choice for advanced users but overall would recommend

Loving it!!!!
As much as I have enjoyed this app the programs need some work. Exercises are somewhat still all over the place so I change around what I’ll train first but still get the workouts done or I change certain exercises for muscles that don’t exist on the app because I know other forms that train same muscle.
I used this throughout my entire second and third trimester, highly recommend!
Love this gym app. It has so many different workouts for you fro anywhere, and alternate workouts for you to change it!!! Very convenience💕💕💕💕
Fantastic fitness app. Really enjoying it.
Love this app. I’ve tried many work out apps but this is by far the best. Enjoyable variety of workouts, effective progression and ability to change equipment when not available.
Actually not just training, but nutrition as well. Such a complete app. I’ve used plenty of training apps but this is the best one so far, love that I can track everything, photos of my progress, weights, reps. The nutrition just adds on as you have an incredible range of workouts to choose from. The fact that explains every workout in detailed is chefs kiss for me.
LOVE the guides and it has helped me achieve my goals BUT, the bugs and app crashing halfway through my workout is annoying. I will be tracking my reps and weight after sets and it will immediately crash/close the app which interrupts the flow of my workout. Often it will log me out of my account or not keep the data from my previous workout. Again I love the guides, but this is definitely an issue and affects user experience.
I have used a different training app for about a year before moving to OWNU and I really love it. The programs are comprehensive, I love that it gives me progression suggestions, you can easily substitute exercises , you can see your exercise history and add notes where needed. Personally I would love to see a summary of each workout somewhere, like the summaries we get at the end of the workout completion showing how much weight was lifted but it’s not necessary, just a nice to have. It would be great to keep the rest timer active whilst navigating through the app because I do like to see what’s coming up whilst resting. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into the app planning and I look forward to continuing to use this app and the programs!
