Bought a used off white jordan 4 and there were cracks and so much yellowing on this pair which wasn’t show in the listing itself. Clearly their guidelines stated for sellers not to use the shoes after listing and soles were dirtier than what is shown as well. And they just let it pass with their authentication service. Imaging paying a huge sum and to be cast aside with their $10 credits reimbursement for this situation. Good job Oxstreet. This will be the last time i’m using their platform and goodluck to whoever is using their platform in the future. Service dropped and staff is unwilling to solve this issue either.

The worst app ever

Worst! Expect 3 weeks delivery.

Out of the three apps available in SG, SNKRDUNK, Novelship and OXStreet, they are definitely the worse when come to delivery. Bought a pair on 13/03, after more than a week, status still stuck at seller shipped out. MeanwhileI’ve already received my purchase from another platform, which was purchased on the same day.

did not allow me to use the welcome promo for my 1st purchase

Made 5 orders in the last one month, 5 out of 5 orders are canceled, sellers on the platform do not even ship the orders. Waste my time thinking that they will eventually ship the orders, but no it didn't happen. There is no compensation from the Oxstreet side as well. Don't ever make any purchase from this platform, your orders would never be fulfilled.

Fuss free and almost immediate payouts. Use ox street for selling sneakers is the best decision I’ve ever made.
