Arrrgh
Arrive in to Heathrow download the app. Purchased a return ticket. (All easy so far) only then noticed that the ticket was for Oxford to Heathrow, return. Could not see any way to either change this or even how to have purchased Heathrow to Oxford return in the 1st place. Thought I would just try the ticket when I boarded the bus and it accepted so assumed it would be ok to return but NO!!! Had to pay for a one way ticket to Heathrow again. DON’T BOTHER WITH THE APP just buy the ticket when you board (cards apple pay all accepted) Great service just forget the app🤬

Delays and no bus for almost an hour bus X3
Always late, copse lane been waiting from 07:15 till 08:56 still there is no bus.

Thames Travel buses are amazing!
The app is really accurate, the driver was waiting until the time according to the timetable was spot on, and for a person was running to catch the bus. Lovely, nice people, it’s great to have an option to leave the car home for a day, and take the bus
Bus lateness
Buses running in blackbird leys to oxford railway stn are running at random timings as compared to the schedule
Fixed at last
The previous version failed draw the route on the map and did not often show the actual position of the buses. This version does Draw the route and seems better. Very poor software version control to have let the old version out in such a broken state. Let's Hope quality control is better from now on. Being sight impaired, the app is very important to me.
Easy to use - live updates are amazing
Using this app weekly, and particularly like the live feature that shows where the bus is. Incredibly useful!
One thing I really miss is the Apple Watch version. Genuinely, the most useful app I have had on my watch so far.
