Buyers beware

I purchased the Oxford Delux version last year. A couple of weeks ago it said I needed to update the app, after I updated it blocked access stating that I needed to repurchase the app. I have tried emailing the support team with the link provided in the app it comes back as mail delivery failure. This is very misleading and caution people from buying this app.

What’s happening?

Paid twice for this app and still not working correctly and still trying to make me download a new version, which the app store knows has been done (ie says open) and the phone app does not it’s upgraded! I use this app pretty much every day and it’s a frustration.

Stay away from English Channel, Inc!

Apple MUST investigate this developer!

Same deal… Pay again…?

Like other reviewers I had previously purchased this app and it now wants me to pay for it again? Ermmm, No. Stick it mate.

Expensive flop

Having bought this app it worked well for a couple of months before returning a “total failure” message. Now it’s not recognising my original purchase and expects me to fork out $42 again for the privilege of a working version of the app.

Pay again?

I paid for this some years ago and now it is asking me to pay for it again. As much as I like and use this I will not pay twice for it. Cheerio.

How many time should we have to pay?

I purchased this app some time ago for more than NZ$70.00. Recently the app has been prompting me to upgrade. I have now upgraded and the app is telling me I need to pay again. It's a great app, but not if you have to keep paying and paying. BTW The 'Report a Problem' link on this page takes you to an inactive website owned by something called The English Channel
