Oxford Tube: Plan>Track>Buy

Heading to Oxford from Marble Arch, the app tells you to get on at the stop on the wrong side of the road, which is confusing. Then once you’ve bought a ticket it doesn’t appear unless you go to the buy again screen, which doesn’t make much sense. Once I got on, people were just buying tickets on the bus anyway, so I won’t be using this app in future since it’s pointless

Who had The stupid idea that tickets would expire after 15 mins? And just how do returns work? Answer: they don’t. I’ve had very boxing frustrating day and both advertised to hone lines were unanswered.

Rotten app.

Ticket buying works, but the instructions about where to catch the coaches using the ‘plan your journey function’ is not accurate. I used the ‘plan your journey’ function of the Oxford tube app to understand my route from London Marble Arch to Brookes University. The app said to catch the coach from bus stop ‘R’, and after waiting and seeing two Victoria bound coaches stop nearby, I asked a driver where I could catch the coach to Oxford. He pointed out the correct stop (‘14’) on the other side of Park Lane. As a result I missed the bus.

Dayrider ticket area coverage map is not opening on any of the day ticket. Please fix it. I am using Iphone 16 pro with latest stable build.

Don’t try to use the app! You need a password and can only get this through your ‘Social Provider’. Waisted 30+ minutes!

Terrible consistency - waited for over an hour for a bus which was meant to arrive in 5 minutes. The app only allows you to activate a ticket for 5 Minutes so beware.

Thumbnail doesn’t match Livery

The oxford bound section between Marble Arch and Shepherds Bush is cancelled today, 21st Sept, so Oxford bound travellers must travel to Marble Arch to catch the bus. BUT THERE IS NO INFORMATION ON THIS ON THE APP, NOR AT THE SHEPHERDS BUSH BUS STOP. PATHETIC!!!

I paid for a return ticket, it said ‘payment failed’, yet I was still charged and not given a ticket?
