Transfer dari rekening berhasil masuk ke VA OY, namun nyangkut di OY dan diminta menunggu 4 hari kerja. Lebih baik transfer langsung aja pake mobile app masing" bank terutama jika sudah ada layani Bi Fast.

Tolong segera diperbaiki aplikasinya, setiap kali update data di menu keuangan langsung force close app nya. Padahal udah 2 tahun pakai ini aman2 aja, tapi semenjak disuruh install ulang lagi dari app store malah jadi banyak yang rusak fiturnya 🙏🏻

Dulu transfer antar bank masih gratis, kenapa sekarang bayar Rp. 0? Sekarang agak jarang transfer pake Oy karena lebih milih transfer pake BI Fast, cuma selisih seribu perak ga pake ribet bolak-balik buka aplikasi
“Terjadi kesalahan”
Gimana ini, setelah harus instal ulang aplikasinya dan yg lama jadi gak bisa dipake, malah eror. udah transfer, lagi nunggu konfirmasi berhasil malah gak bisa masuk ke aplikasinya. tulisannya “terjadi kesalahan”. Padahal udah dibutuhin banget resi transfernya. Terus gimana ini kalo gak bisa masuk?
