Help and faq buttons don’t work.
Most of the time the app works but when you run into issues the FAQ and contact support buttons don’t work. Is that intentional?

Reached out to OZNR twice regarding issues with a sale. They have yet to even acknowledge an effort to contact them. Would not recommend this app as they do not care nor support about their customers.
I was checking out with my purchase. When I clicked “Buy Now” the app crashed and every sold out.
Software glitches still exist; frustrating during hot releases that sell out in a few seconds. Lost out on multiple releases due to freezing and Page resetting issues.
Terrible app
Mobile app will not add a payment method after numerous attempts.
”Select Payment” should not be coming up
The app used to work great but over time it has literally fallen apart. No longer receive notifications for anything. New listed items, upcoming releases, winning notifications, nothing. Reinstalled the app, double checked notification alerts in app and through the phone. Payment information is never available even though it is clearly saved within my account info. “Buy Now” turns into manually selecting or loading payment info, which takes too much time for special releases and defeats the purpose of having payment info preloaded, and releases are gone before any chance was had. This app used to be great, and still is for offers that linger for a long while, but has severely gone sideways over time.
If I have only one method of payment, it should be automatically ‘selected’ and I shouldn’t be asked to choose one. Which leads to ‘buy now’-when I hit ‘buy now’, that should be it…but it isn’t. I’m then asked to select payment (of which there is only one) and by that time, the item is gone.
There system cannot handle fastest finger releases…the system gets overwhelmed and does dumb things like asking you to verify your payment method even when you only have 1 card on file. Those couple of seconds will cause you to miss out on great beer.
