Oztix app is not for patrons
This app is only for venues to check patrons in to events and not for patrons to purchase and/or download tickets.
Same issue - a year later
Amazing to read that the exact same issue occurs on Oztix website and app as was reported a year by another user. Says plenty about the interest in customer service at Oztix that in 12 months the issue still isn’t fixed.

Can’t log in even though all my details are correct what a joke
Terrible interface and inconsistency
I can login on the website fine when using my desktop, but it keeps saying my login details are incorrect on the app. Terrible app hands down
Hopeless
Hopeless app doesn’t do anything beyond opening the log in page. Probably built by the same amateurs as built the Oztix web site!
Nonfunctional
Simply doesn’t work. Login credentials are correct as I can log in through the web just fine, but get a login error in app.
Worst App
When you can log in it’s clunky. When you can’t log in despite correct details it’s a disaster. Worst app I have ever used/not been able to use.
