This product/ software is straight garbage. The best thing about this order is truly the box that it comes in. I could never get it to connect much less anything else. I reset my phone just Incase this bootleg software left something behind. People please don’t waste your money on purchasing these cameras or software. As the saying goes... you get what you pay for. Straight GARBAGE/ HORRIBLE

The V380 pro app shows camera when I’m outside but when I use this app it don’t please update so it does I don’t know why my seller mix 2 V380 pro cam and 3 p2p cam they look the same but I can’t connect to the different app

Having a hard time connecting and getting to run can't tell f it's on

Was working fine and doing everything flawlessly but now after a few weeks my camera won’t appear online and it has power and connects to my phone WiFi but doesn’t show up in the app

This camera stinks how come you’re selling this to people that thing not good at all what you can do for me is removing it

Can’t logg into the WiFi it says logg into A9 which is there but it ask for a password and they didn’t provide one I tried using my password for my WiFi but it doesn’t work

Will not stay connected to WiFi!! Will not except user or password connection! The instruction booklet print is so small you can’t read the words!! Reading the instructions should not be a problem!!!!!! This is another media product form China that does not work and has terrible instructions! I gave it a two star because it came in a reusable box! This a CCP software bug to spy on Americans through your WiFi! Don’t install it! For us Americans that like gadgets, STOP BUYING JUNK FROM CHINA! AND 90 percent of the stuff sold on instagram in from China and subsidized by Facebook for a profit! Stop
