useless - so I spent money to buy the security system and it basically is trash.. I can’t use the app. On latest version of IOS with IPhone Pro Max 12 If they reach out to me and fix this I will update the reviews I left on Amazon and here.

Almost NEVER CONNECTS TO MY SECURITY CAMERA SYSTEM - TOTALLY A WASTE OF TIME TO ATTEMPT TO USE THIS APP

The app closes upon loading.. called the company who said to use P6SLite. Looks like they just don’t care :(

The latest version 1.5.7 is not capable to start the playback feature. When I select to playback a certain camera and then try to select a date and rime which I want to playback, the submit/confirm button is missing on the screen. It’s like the screen size is too small ant the submit button is outside the visible screen

When I try to add my JK-PHD54FDM550AP camera by scanning the QR code it hooks ME UP TO SOMEBODY’S CAMERA IN CHINA!! If you manually configure the app to the correct IP address it goes ‘Offline”! Virtually ZERO SUPPORT! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Not user friendly, never works, no support...just awful.

The app does not work

I have this system and the app recommended is ps6pro. I have the light also... the pro will notify you of alerts from motion detection then when you click the app to view the detection then the app closes out and crashes. Like it has potential to be a good app but the developer must have abandoned it since it has not been updated in a year.... it’s a shame. I have a iPhone xr even does the same thing on my dads iPhone 11 Pro. That’s my largest complaint, besides you can’t reboot the system like ps6lite. If both apps had both features that worked that would be one amazing app

Says “network exception” anytime I try and look at my cameras! I’ve tried everything to fix it! Super frustrating

This app constantly closes down as soon as it comes up. Don’t waste your money buying in wandoo cameras because this is the app the use and it doesn’t work.
