Update to Pabau Go doesn’t work!
Got an email that the app has been updated to “pabau go”. Blindly trusted this, updated the app, relogged back in to it and immediately get the error message “please update Pabau app”. Went back into the App Store, but no further updates available. Pabau quality is getting worse not better. There was nothing wrong with the app before. And now nothing works. It’s typical, they don’t test their product at all when they make any changes, you can’t trust when they say something is ready, it simply never works. Been with them for 5 painful years but this is the end.

Struggles to work, and terrible support team. And they leave bad google reviews for their ex-clients 🤣
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
The worst software out there!!! They are scammers. They have had to delete their trustpilot because of the bad reviews they had. So someone created one on their behalf and the reviews are not shocking at all. Avoid these scammers at all cost
Awful!
Poor system - slow and glitchy. I had to ask them 6 times to cancel my subscription and threaten them before they actually did it. Don’t fall for the ‘full money back guarantee’ if cancelled within 30 days because they keep giving you the sales pitch to try and get you to stay. The sign up fees are extortionate and unnecessary. I still haven’t had the subscription fee back. The lack of transparency about their prices was a red flag I ignored at my peril.
Disastrous
Full of glitches and slow to remedy any issues in which there are enormous numbers of. No actual support line and without disclosing it properly they take extortionate fees on top of stripe fees for every deposit or payment taken through their platform. If you want to run a functional business I would not recommend this CRM.
Frustrating
You can do your treatments notes on the go, but anything beyond that is an effort. Also in time it stops showing certain therapists for whatever reason. It’s a buggy mess. Only deleting it and installing it again fixes it.
Good but could be better
Fairy good app, however a few frustrations with it. When blockouts are created on the desktop, you can’t see what the blockout is for in the app. It just shows as ‘other’. So if a colleague has added something to your diary, you have to get on the desktop to check what’s going on. When taking photos, the shot shows you’re really close to whatever you’re photographing but saves as if you’re further away. Very frustrating when trying to take images of patients skin as you have to guess and go very close otherwise you don’t fully capture the skin issue. You can’t search all clients in the contact list for some reason either, so when trying to look up a client, often their file isn’t available on the app but can be found on the desktop. Have been using Pabau for a few years now and will consider a change if things don’t improve
