Pace is a comprehensive and easy to use workout tracking and planning app to help you get stronger and fitter.

Plan your workout in the app, follow the workout through in the gym and use the in built timer to keep you on track. 

Use the calendar as a gym visit log and over time, you can see how you are progressing towards your training goals using the workout history and display charts.

Pace's features are outlined below:

- Create, edit and schedule future workouts
- Review and copy past workouts
- Exercise database with instructional videos.
- Combined exercise groups: Supersets, As Many Rounds as Possible (AMRAP), Every Minute on the Minute (EMOM), and Rounds for Time (RFT)
- Embedded flexible timer
- Progress charts
- Add notes and comments to exercises
- Support for weight in lbs/kgs and distance in ft/m
- Calendar diary and scheduled agenda view

- Pro Weekly - auto-renewing weekly subscription at £1.49/week
- Pro Monthly - auto-renewing monthly subscription at £4.99/month

Whilst you maintain and active subscription, Pace Pro provides you with the following benefits:

- Unlimited workout scheduling
- Ad-free app access
- Access to progress charts
- Access to view exercise history

Once subscribed, you will need to create an account with Pace so we can support you with your subscription.

Payment will be charged to the credit card connected to your iTunes Account when you confirm the initial subscription purchase.

You also agree to have your subscription automatically renew, unless auto-renew is disabled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle. You can managed your subscription at any time, as well as disable auto-renewal from Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

You can only log one workout

I am often surprised at the level people feel they can charge for an app that is so basic. I really want a gym tracker but £4.49 a month for something that does the job of a pieces of paper is ridiculous. Just use your notes for free and avoid the need for rubbish apps such as this one.

Great app, only one thing seems to let it down.

It doesn’t connect to apple health, unlike other fitness / exercise trackers which do. Just a personal preference as I use health to monitor everything and share with my diabetes team. The app itself is amazing, the progress trackers are brilliant, the different workout groupings are phenomenal.

Great app but missing important feature!!

I really enjoy this app and have upgraded to premium use but it is frustrating how I can’t apply one workout to multiple days, for eg I work on back & calves on Saturdays so would like to add this workout to every single Saturday in the future etc.

I really enjoy using this app but, I wish that it had the ability to make a weekly plan and then apply that to all future days. Rather than having to manually add workouts for every new day.

Been searching for something like this for ages!! Simple and concise layout but with so much content and varying workouts! I love the videos attached to the workout too so you can learn and add more exercises to your workout routine. Been using it for a few days now and can already say with confidence that this is the best workout planner app I’ve ever used! Can easily make and schedule my workouts for certain days of the week and track progress which I think is a great add on. Would defo recommend for anyone looking for a user friendly workout planner.
