I have been having problems with the app not updating points. I used the good to go to order food and pay my cellphone bill with It&e. I went to check my account. Still have the points since Dec 21. And nothing yet for January usage. Please fix this problem. Thank you.

Ever since the latest update I’m unable to access the app it will show the display screen of pacificpoints and then it will just go to a blank white screen
After the current update on IOS apps is just a blank screen. Admin please take a look. Might be just a compatibility issue. Thank you.
a pop up asks me to update and I did just to have a white screen no matter how much I restart the app and reinstall it
App crashes everything I go to My Profile to edit.
