Spare a thought for the one old person spending £312/year on this!! No immediate usability. To use your free trial you must give your payment details to apple ...so how about no Afterwards I went straight to the other orange and white shipping app, instant 5*
Wish I’d read the reviews seen it was 1 star but thought how bad can a parcel tracking app really be when it’s free to view online subscribed and no data to show 🤦🏽♂️🫠
Do not download , requires you to subscribe then once subscribed it doesn’t even work. Stays on “waiting on data”. Don’t use when there are apps that can do the same thing for free.

Have just installed this app on an iPhone XR, but the biometric ID setup cannot be completed for facial recognition. It just has ‘password cannot be found’ but no way to instruct it to use face recog. The app has found my parcel in transit at least.
App does not work waiting for my passport to get delivered put my tracking number in no recognition
Downloaded the app to track a parcel from Hermes. Once I scanned barcode it wanted me to subscribe for the trial, which I did. Then it just said we have your parcel details but was stuck on the waiting for data message. Avoid!!!
Beware - tries to take £10 before you can even try it
