What's in the app?

Send a shipment - Between us
No more paperwork, forms or printing labels. With our mobile application, in which you can find the Between us service, you can send a shipment in a moment. All you need is a phone and an online payment. You can pay online with card or via Apple Pay.

Returning the shipment
Do you need to return a shipment to the e-shop? No problem. The application enables a simple return of the shipment, you only need to enter the code that you received from the e-shop. You don't need to fill in anything else.

Tracking
Thanks to the detailed tracking of the shipment and the connection with our system, you will know exactly where the shipment is located.

Push Notifications
Be informed. The app will notify you immediately when the shipment is ready for pickup.

Delivery points
Thanks to the interactive map, you can search for the nearest delivery points in the area. At the same time, the built-in filter allows you to select those places where you can pay by card, for example. You will then find a description of how to get there, including photos or opening hours, in the details of the delivery point.

Shipment archive
In the shipment archive, you can view all your shipments that have ever been paired with your account.

Rakúske Cislo

Dobry deň keďže bývame neďaleko SVK hraníc tak som si dala objednávku doručiť do vášho boxu…objednala zaplatila všetko ok …teraz som pozrela tie boxy ako to vyzdvihnem…nainštalovala som si appku a nastal problém rakúske Cislo mi nechce vziať …ako si mám teraz vyzdvihnúť moju zaplatenú objednávku?

Takuto retardovanu apku a system som dlho nezazil. Zvolil som odber dobierkou a v hotovosti no packeta mi napisala, ze mam vopred zaplatit kartou- este mi zaratali aj pokutu za platu v hotovosti !!! Proste zasielku neprebezmem a nebudem si instalovat apku hodinu ktora nejde a zbiera vsetky moje osobne udaje!!!! Wtf?!!!

Hrozne

Mam rakuske čislo chcel som si vyzdvihnut zasielku. Nedalo sa lebo mi neposlali ani heslo a len ich hovadzku aplikaciu ktora nebola funkčna lebo som mal druhe čislo. Keď som konecne prihlasil slovenske čislo nedala sa mi zasielk presunuť tam lebo tato super firma mi nedala heslo. Neodporučam

The worst package service that exists!!!!

I have ordered the package to be picked up in one location in Bratislava since this company does not provide services in Austria. Everything went well until I was picking up the parcel. You need to use the app with which only works with the local number, this was impossible in my case (I have Austrian number not Slovak). When I was trying to contact the company no one was responding, moreover I was trying to use the service to postpone the parcel until I can have an answer from the company however this was also not possible. When I finally got in touch with them they send the item back to the online store. The service of this company was full of disappointment.

Telefonni cislo je neplatne

Zasilkovna sice ma v nabidce rakouskou telefonni predvolbu, avsak po zadani je telefonni cislo neplatne. (mozna kvuli delce - je delsi) => nelze pouzivat aplikaci Chci pouze sledovat baliky
