The app has too many issues, including very slow to failed loads, doesn’t seem to record what has been read, and home page rarely loads. Unfortunately nearly useless. The web reader is better but doesn’t record where one last read - only the last completed section, which you often have to search what paragraph is next.

Doesn’t work at all. Maybe read some of your own books learn to code.

As a subscription holder, this is a disadvantage as I’m bound to access from a laptop only. The Home page displays 3 options that doesn’t respond when selected. The Search Page gives the impression it is loading, but then goes blank after 50 seconds. However the Account Page loads with Details. Is it this app is still under development? I want to view textbook while in transit or do a quick look up of a topic via my phone. Would you please advice how soon the bugs will be addressed?

It’s pathetic that something as basic as single sign on isn’t available

A beta app at best. Gets the job done but with a few bugs and a lot of missing features. I will still continue to use and I hope they invest some money into it

Uninstalled app, since as others said the app crashes for no reason and loses all settings. Not worth the effort to use the app.

I have a few video titles that I want to watch but can’t because selecting a chapter crashes the app Also you can see what books you own unless I’m completely missing it.

The app frequently encounters issues, notably crashing during transitions between book chapters or video training sessions. This not only interrupts the learning experience but also removes the resource from the library view, requiring users to search for it again and restart their progress. For a premium membership, a more reliable and user-friendly companion app is expected.

I guess they do not read their own boooks....

Why do I have to sacrifice features like syntax highlighting and keyword highlighting like the web reader has for the convenience of having the book on my phone? Every code snippet should be syntax highlighted. Every keyword that’s highlighted in the book in the web reader should be highlighted in the app. This is one of the better readers out there but it could be the best reader out there.
