Are you already a customer and use the PACS ERP & project controlling software? Then you need at least PACS software version 10 (with an installed app connection including test license).
If you are already working with the PACS Cloud, we will activate the app for you directly (on a test basis)!
Functions:
+ User authentication possible via Face ID / fingerprint
+ Recording of project-related working times as well as absenteeism (vacation, illness, special leave): exact time (including display of coming-going-break) or without specifying times
+ Application for and display of permits for vacation and other absences, as well as customer project times and project travel expenses
+ Use in offline mode: Can also be used without a mobile data connection, e.g. on air travel
+ Automatic synchronization of newly recorded times & travel expenses (during input breaks or when the user is on the home screen)
+ Use of the stopwatch function without prior registration
+ Copy assistant for (multiple) copying to a fixed date or several following days (exclusion option for weekend days)
+ Voice input for texts
+ Simplified numeric keypad
+ Optimized design (responsive) for smartphones and tablets
+ User language freely selectable: German or English
+ Recording of travel days with additional meals (Germany) / daily allowance (Austria) as well as deductions for breakfast, lunch and dinner for all domestic and foreign travel destinations
+ Navigate between individual travel days within the input mask
+ Recording of all other travel expenses (kilometers traveled, hotel, flight, etc.) for the user's travel expense accounting & invoicing to customers
+ Flexible definition of the period of the recorded times & travel expenses for diagrams and evaluations / printouts for 3, 6, 12 or 24 months
+ Graphical representations (bar and pie charts) of recorded times & travel expenses with a selection of different features
+ Printout of detailed lists (PDF format) with the recorded times, travel days and travel expenses
+ Reports showing 'Username' and 'Confidential' (in accordance with ISO / IEC 27001)
Note on first registration:
Before logging in, the URL of the App Server must be entered once.
For PACS Cloud users: the URL is automatically entered by tapping the corresponding text above the URL input field
For users of your own IT infrastructure: you can get the information about the URL from your in-house PACS manager
